Born from love, not a business plan

Tiffani Cantrell started caring for her grandmother at 13. Her aunt at 14. By the time she was 16, she had already experienced loss that would shape her entire life. She turned that grief into a calling, spending nearly three decades as a professional caregiver before launching Big Hearts and Open Mind Home Healthcare.

This isn't a franchise. It's not a corporate play. It's one woman's lifelong mission to give every person the same love and dignity she wished she could have given her grandmother for longer.

"
I expect my employees to love our clients like they are their own grandmother or aunt. That's the standard. Nothing less.
Tiffani Cantrell, Founder
